1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” cannot be returned or refunded.
 
 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item, and any supporting documentation (such as photos, if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the address to ship the item back.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

In the case of partial refunds (e.g., if only part of the order is returned), the amount refunded will correspond to the returned items.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items)

Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will also not be eligible for a refund.

For any item that is returned due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
